HI, I’M ALL IN

I pour my heart into making my couples feel celebrated for exactly who they are. Not some airbrushed-to-perfection model of themselves, but their heart, their soul, their love.

That’s why I work so hard to help couples like you feel comfortable and at ease in front of my lens. I want you to lean into that extra kiss and say yes to one more song.

You can trust that I’ll be right there, capturing YOU.

But you can call me Anna.

My own love story started with a backpack

Not just any old backpack … it was the fancy kind that could charge phones.

It was the first week of college and my phone died in the middle of art history. But my friend pointed out that the boy behind us in class had a backpack that could charge my phone, so I asked, he said yes, and after class he walked me all the way across campus. Honestly, by that point, I’d forgotten all about the phone. Everything was a blur except for him.

And that’s what makes love so incredible, right? The way it can grab hold when you least expect it, or turn the mundane into something extraordinary.

Just like my story, there was a moment when your partner was a stranger, but for some cosmic reason, you two said yes to opening your hearts, showing your true selves, and building something wildly beautiful together.

Honestly, I can’t wait to hear all about it.

A copper-colored Kodak

That’s what started my love of photography. I mean, what 7th grader would resist a copper-colored camera in 2007? Certainly not me :)

But it wasn’t until 2014 that I expanded my focus from photographing raindrops on flower petals (something I still love, tbh) to weddings. I was asked to document my aunt and uncle’s wedding on their farm. Working with them made me realize wedding photos didn’t have to mean posed and super curated. We created images that were full of movement, emotion, and connection. The experience was relaxed and fun. It’s now nearly a decade later, and I can’t imagine doing anything else.

The wedding that made me love weddings.

I grew up surrounded by music and still love choosing the perfect Sunday morning record — right now Noah Kahan is getting a lot of turntable time.

My pup Sadie is my (very furry) first child. She’s a lab mix with the perfect brindle spot on her cheek for kisses. Loki, our kitten, is our newest addition & is certainly living up to his name — the god of mischief.

As someone who is a proud part of the queer community, I know how important it is to share and elevate LGBTQIA+ love stories. Your love deserves to be celebrated!

My parents met in college & my grandparents have been married for 50+ years. I know how lucky I am to have grown up with extraordinary examples of love.

My first time out of the country was to Greece in my junior year of high school, and I’ve been traveling ever since. My last trip? An unforgettable honeymoon in the Azores.

“After my first conversation with Anna, I knew she was the photographer for us. Anna instantly made us feel comfortable both in front of the camera and whenever we spoke with her. If you're looking for heartfelt, beautiful photos – hire Anna. What I love most about my wedding gallery is the not obviously over-posed photos. Anna was able to capture special moments between me and everyone I love most in this world. She was also able to make us look models in our engagement photos, even though my now husband (yay!) and I are the two most awkward people on planet earth. Every time I look through our gallery (which is frequently), I feel like I am reliving our day. Highly recommend!”
